MARIAN RUNDE

As a member of Lutheran Church of Peace, I started visiting Mary and bring her communion when it became impossible for her to get to Church. She was always happy to see me, and appreciative, and had a cup of coffee and a treat waiting for me. She mentioned how nice it was that her former landlord, and fellow church member came to visit her. After I moved away I stayed in touch by phone and writing to her. Mary was a joy to know. Although she will be missed on Earth, I know that she is in a happy place, as she told me often that she was ready to have the Lord call her home. Rest in Peace Mary! Josephine Kischer
