When I read of Willard's passing via website, I remembered when the family moved to Platteville and lived across the street from my family by the Platteville High School and Brick School. Sandy was in my class and such a nice friend. I was saddened to learn of her passing. Having resided in Peoria for 20 years, I still endeavor to stay in touch and have family property in Platteville.
