I am saddened to hear of the passing of your loved one. I always enjoyed chatting with her. I worked for her Dad at UW-Platteville in the beginning of the "Extended Degree Program" (now "Distance Learning"). Our 'group' set up the initial program 'from scratch'. Your Grandma and Grandpa Bourkney were wonderful people and I considered them close friends. May they all be resting in peace in the hands of God.

SUSAN & I Went to school together from 6th grade through 12th grade graduation. We road the bus caught at the corner of Edgebrook & Frey in Freeway Manor. She was so very friendly & out going. I felt we were friends though she ran around with a different crowd. I always felt her friendship was genuine. The last couple of months she kept me informed of different classmates when they passed. Again I felt in the loop because she included me. When her long time friend & our classmate, Nancy Munster passed it was very personal to me because she was part of our school like &she lived down the street from both of us. Susan, was a very special friend to me & so many. I still miss her emails with her recipes & garden updates. Donna
