I always respected and looked up to my brother Wayne for his hard work in getting his doctorate in dentistry. I know Wayne and Nancy were devoted and great Christians throughout their lives. They faithfully gave their tithes to their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and attended church regularly and faithfully. We have no doubt he is in heaven and talking directly with Jesus at this moment. We remember he and Nancy flying their plane to Colorado Springs to visit us and attend our daughter Becky's wedding and also at other times. He even offered to fly to Iowa and pick us up while we were driving to attend our mother’s funeral when our car broke down. Wayne and I many times enjoyed talking about flying since I too was a pilot in the Air Force. I remember him saying he would help us with money if any of us kids really needed it. I remember when he bought his first new car, a rose color 1957 Oldsmobile. In later years Pam the kids and I really enjoyed visiting him at Apple Canyon where he took the kids tubing and fishing in a beautiful lake. I have always loved and admired my older brother Wayne, but both Pam & I agree his biggest achievement and life long endeavor was knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
