Bonnie K. Bloom, 61, of Lancaster, Wisconsin, died on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster. A visitation will be held from 3:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, September 11, 2022 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Memorials may be made to the Bonnie K. Bloom Memorial Fund. Bonnie was born on September 13, 1960 in Platteville, Wisconsin, daughter of Duane “Bud” and Patricia “Pat” (Lange) Bloom. Bonnie graduated from La Crosse Central High School. She enjoyed coloring, playing cards and marbles, (with a little cheating along the way), demolition derbies, and animals, especially her dog, Rocky.
She is survived by her children, Angela (Curt Lange) Hoffman, and Eric (Autumn Gander) Jerrett; honorary daughter, Mia Strong, honorary sons, Derek (Kendra Stevenson) Bartels, Tim and Ben Droog, Mike, JD and Brad Newman, and Josh (Melissa) Leske; six grandchildren, Westley and Rafe Hoffman, Codi and Tristan Strong, Westley Droog, and Braxton Schmit; honorary grandchild, Shelby Leske; sisters, Sherry Chandler, and Kathy Esser; brothers, Richard “Rick” (Ginger Schaefer) Bloom and Robert “Bob” (Jane) Bloom; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Echo Marie, and sister Robin Cooley-Place.
