He was an active member of Immaculate Conception Church; where he received the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, and Marriage, and now will be laid to rest. In his retirement years, Pat enjoyed attending activities the grandchildren and great-grandchildren were participating in. He and his three brothers were known for their Irish quartet music. I was very sorry to learn of Pat’s passing. His death is certainly mourned by family and friends. However, he is now reunited with his brothers and sisters as well as their parents. I can imagine how joyful that reunion in heaven must be. Many of Pat’s family may not know who I am, as I have been living in Maine since 1978. Until recently retiring, I taught at St. Joseph’s College here. However, Pat and I were first cousins. My mother, Irene (McKeon) Rielly and Pat’s mother were sisters. I have great memories of Pat’s mother sharing family history with me and of Pat and his brothers singing at church events in Truman. I think that the last time I saw Pat would have been at the funeral in Darlington for my sister, Mary Flanagan. Pat lived a wonderful life and certainly deserves the reward that I am confident is now his. Edward Rielly
