My condolences to Randy’s family on his much too early passing. Having lived in Division street, there was seldom a dull moment with Randy and my 3 sons. May God carry you through this very difficult time

My sincere sympathies to Randy’s family. Randy was without a doubt one of the most sincere and kindest people I ever knew. I saw him around my neighborhood (Hickory Street) with at least one of my brothers, but I personally got to know him when he owned The Windsor. My husband and I ate there often, and my friends and I also enjoyed the Friday night fish fries and lunch and laughter during the Sunday Packer games. Randy always came over and knelt down or sat down at our table and caught up with what we were doing. He was friendly, kind, and thoughtful; a man wise beyond his years, who knew what was truly important in life. He didn’t live long enough, but he lived and enjoyed life on his own terms. I will definitely raise a glass in honor of you, Randy, because I know that’s what you would want me to do. I promise I will be remembering all the good meals at the Windsor, but even more, I will be remembering your thoughtful words when my husband Tom died, and how very kind you were to our family when our mother died.
