Carol was a great gal and so helpful yet efficient👍. 2nd floor City Hall missed a bit of sunshine when she retired 🙏🙏

Carol's recent passing is of great sadness to so many Platteville people and me as she was always so welcoming and caring when I'd be "home" from Peoria and check my property and contact her either by phone or visit her at City Hall...I was amazed at her positive attitude and genuine persona...and know she is missed by all who interacted with her. I worked with Carol for the City as a college student from 1990-1994. What a caring and special lady. She was always so proud of Lisa. My deepest condolences for your loss.
