Jim and all your family, I have read of Elaine's passing and I am sending my sympathy to you and all of your family. I sure enjoyed all the times we worked together at the Thrift shop and could visit. She was a very nice lady. Prayers and love to all of you at this time. Ann

Please accept my deepest sympathy in Elaine's recent passing...she was a PHS friend and her husband Jim was classmate...they were so devoted to each other and she contributed to Platteville Thrift Shop, always being gracious and friendly...it was wonderful they spent so much time traveling which I had the privilege of doing in my "younger" years...it is so enriching...since I am also a cat fancier (twice), special thoughts will be given to her...she will be sorely missed by all of us who had the privilege of knowing her...we are all thinking of and praying for the entire family. I must add also I am great fan of UWP athletics (men's hoops) as she was of UWMadison...sports are an important facet of many people's lives and enrich us. Respectfully, Carolyn Schuldt PHS 1960

Elaine was a good friend. When I was afraid to drive on winter roads at night, Elaine would drive me. she was my personal shopper at the thrift shop because you knew my tastes better than I did. RIP, dear friend.
