Kim Marie Taylor, 67, of Platteville, Wisconsin, died on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Upland Hills Health. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 11:00 – 3:00 PM at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. A Celebration of Life will be on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Ripper's in Belmont, starting at Noon. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Cuba City, Wisconsin, at a later date. Kim was born on November 24, 1956, in Lancaster, Wisconsin, daughter of Arden and Lorraine (Lenzendorf) Taylor. Kim graduated from Lancaster High School. She later attended SWTC, Fennimore where she received her associate's in accounting and later in business management. She worked at Walmart for many years, where she was in a leadership position. As a young lady she enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and camping. Kim liked crafting, doing artwork and tattoos. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Kim is survived by her three children, Bill (Christine) Taylor, Kelly (David) Behrens, and James “Whopper” (Robyn) Reuter; seven grandchildren, Logan and Ella Taylor, Marrissa, Taylor and Baylie Behrens, Macy and Emilee Reuter; three great-grandchildren, Paisley, Everlie and Davie; sisters, Marsha Mueller and Chris (George) Kuepers-Little; brothers, Ronald (Chris) Taylor, Todd (Kelly) Taylor and Thomas (Carrie) Taylor. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Matthew “Bear Cub” Behrens on April 25, 2021, her parents, and brothers, Robert and James Taylor.
