I learned a lot from Bill in my formative years - his son Chas is one of my closest lifelong friends.. like family to me. Bill was a shining example of living in the present and making the most of every moment. Truest condolences to all who knew and loved Bill. Recalling fond times and lessons learned from Bill, I was reminded of what Seneca said, “Life is long if you know how to use it”. Still too short when there were still so many good times to be had, but I hope it comforts those who loved him to know - to truly know - that Bill surely made a lasting impression on many that knew him well. Rest in peace now, old friend.
