Dear Joyce, Joanne, John and family. We were so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. It was such a pleasure and privilege to teach along side him. For a good share of our 31 years as Social Studies teachers, Jim was Department head. One thing I’ll never forget—and I still quote him about once a week—as we were confronted by confusing and often nonsensical requirements to fulfill—was his comment, “To make it easier we need to just ‘PLAY THEGAME!’ He was a consummate professional and a joy with wom to serve the MP schools. So grateful for his example and leadership.

I am deeply saddened to hear about Jim. He was always so friendly and I always enjoyed visiting with him and Joyce. Both wonderful people. My deepest sympathies dear Joyce and family. In prayer and friendship, Jane Jean

Joyce and Family, Sorry to hear that Jim had passed. Seems like he was just in the office. We had a good chat about our families and just everyday stuff. He was a great man. Dan Ivey
