Dr. Jay N. Dykstra, 93, of Platteville, WI, died Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Funeral services will be at Noon on Saturday, October 3, 2026,at the United Methodist Church in Platteville, WI. Rev. Tammy Clausen will officiate. Visitation will be at the Church on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Melby Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
