Stephen Zielke

We are so very sorry for your loss. We remember Stephen from the McFall reunions we attended in the past. Our condolences to Ginger and the family. It’s nice to read all these nice memories of family members and friends. Philip&Anna Brown.

All of my memories of Uncle Steve are nothing less than kindness, love and fun. We laughed we hugged and we sang. Uncle Steve was compassionate as Grandma Nita ( Anita ( Taylor) Zielke. We always had a good time hanging out with the Zielke crew and extended families. Uncle Steve taught me how to golf and I owe him much thanks. Even though I only had one lesson for three hours but several years later I remembered everything he taught me and it has served me well. God bless you Uncle Steve. I love you and can't wait to see you again in Heaven and all of our amazing family members who have gone before you. We are so blessed. Thank you God for Your Son Jesus Christ who makes this all possible.

So very sorry to learn of Steve’s passing. Spent many a Saturday and Sunday playing golf with Steve during my time in the area. I always looked forward to the times when I got to ride with him, as he had so much wisdom, about golf and life, to offer. Sending peace and strength to his family during this difficult time.

Now I know why Cooper loves the game of golf so much. Condolences to the family & I'm sure he's incredibly proud of you. Rest in Peace.

I feel so fortunate for the opportunity to work with Steve. I met him when I was a student at UW-Platteville and he would stop in to visit Ginger. His kind heart was so evident. When I applied for a full-time position to come back and work on campus I'm almost positive Steve put in a good word for me and helped me secure that position. That job was life changing and observing Steve's leadership as a young employee at UWP impacted my expectations of all future leaders. You will be missed Steve. You left quite a legacy.
