Luca Schneller

Luca Michael Schneller, infant son of Jessica Mahr and Kyle Schneller was born and died on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Luca Michael was Jessica and Kyle’s first born, whom they had prayed for over many years.  Though he lived a very short life, he was loved by so many and touched so many lives.  He will be remembered forever by his family and their loved ones.

Luca is survived by his parents, grandparents, David and Karen Mahr, Tammy (Tim Eppler) Schneller and Jamie (Lisa Benisch) Schneller, great-grandparents, Gary and Karen Mahr, Chuck and Barb Weist and Jim and Karen Schneller, great-great-grandparents, Jim and Patricia Holmes and aunts and uncles, Wendy Mahr, Stacy (Ben) Downing, Ryan Schneller and Josh Schneller.  He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Karen Dechow and Mark and Linda Seng.

Funeral services will be at 5:00 PM, Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until the time of the service.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
