Diana Lynn Lucchesi, 52, of Belmont, Wisconsin, died on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison. Memorial mass will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Belmont. Rev. Monte Robinson will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hodan Center in memory of Diana. Diana was born on August 7, 1962 in Milwaukee County. She was raised as a foster daughter of Clarence and Cyrilla Henn growing up in the Mazomanie and Sauk City area where she attended school. It was at this time she got a sister, Kari Knutson where the two of them have been together ever since. In 1984 Diana along with her sister, Kari, moved to Belmont to live with Donna (Henn) and Robert Parrell and family. She attended the Hodan Center since 1985. Diana was a social butterfly, who loved to interact and be with people. Family and friends were everything to her. She is survived by her sister, Kari Knutson of Belmont; Donna & Robert Parrell and their family; Elizabeth (Andrew Urch) Parrell, Douglas (Rebecca) Parrell, Virginia (Eric Otto) Parrell and Amanda (Kevin) Parrell-Kaczmarek; Donna Parrell's siblings and families, Judy (Don) Bartnick of Lodi; Marlene (Jim) Bickford of Prairie du Sac; Ric (Rita) Henn of Mazomanie; Ted (Robin) Henn of Prairie du Sac; Teresa Henn of Mazomanie. Diana will also be dearly missed by her extended family, Mary Parrell and family and the Knutson family. She was preceded in death by her foster parents, Clarence and Cyrilla Henn.

We are so sorry to hear about Diana. I have fond memories of Diana and Kari while visiting Clarence and Cyrilla and all our cousins in Sauk City. Our hearts are with her family and friends.

Diana was, and is a beautiful individual with a high degree of honesty and personality. My condolences to Bob and Donna, Kari and all family and friends. Diana had an impact on me when I first met her and Kari while on the Parrell Dairy Farm some 35 years ago. She is one of the reasons why I am associated with a non-profit service for the mentally disadvantaged for the past 16 years, (currently Board President) that serves over 250 clients with an annual budget of 9 million dollars. It was the passion and exchange of love between Donna, Bob and family that set a great example. May God watch over her and accept her with open arms.
