Dolores Venturelli

Dolores Venturelli, 91, of Sun City West, AZ died peacefully with family at her side on January 19, 2015. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Vicar Robin Luckey will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Platteville. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Dolores Venturelli memorial fund. Dolores was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 1, 1923. Dolores was the beloved wife of Frank Venturelli for 64 years. Together they retired to Arizona in 1996 and remained very active during retirement. Her interests included golf, bocce ball, playing card games and bible study. Frank passed away on December 12, 2014. A loving wife and mother, Dolores devoted her life to her husband and family with grace and compassion.

She was also preceded in death by her son Mark and grandson Francisco and is survived by her son Ron of Peoria, AZ, and daughters Donna of Janesville, WI, and Mary Jo of Phoenix, AZ as well as three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by them and countless others. A service will be held in Platteville, Wisconsin on Monday, January 26, 2015.
