Cody P. Womack, 22, of Platteville formerly of Belmont died on Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June20, 2015 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Pastor Greg Marsh will officiate. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Cody P. Womack Memorial Fund. Cody was born on December 7, 1992 at Southwest Health Center, Platteville, son of Brian P. “Bubba” and Melisa M. (Hoffman) Womack. He attended Belmont High School. He worked for Spensley Concrete. He enjoyed snowmobiling, riding dirt bike and playing video games. He was a volunteer little league baseball coach for Iowa Grant. Cody is survived by his mothers' Melisa Womack of Dubuque, IA; Dawn Womack of Belmont, WI; brother, Joshua Womack of Arthur, WI; sisters, Jourdan Womack of Livingston, WI; Paige and Kyleigh Womack both of Belmont; grandparents, Kathy (Dobber Reuter) Hoffman of Potosi, WI; Dennis Hoffman of Platteville; Carol Womack of Livingston, WI; great-grandparents, Bob and Debbie Howell of Platteville; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Brian P. “Bubba” Womack on May 4, 2011

Cody was a very good friend really nice and always made anyone smile. He will be missed by so many people and I am glad he was in my life. I will miss him very much fly high cody!
