LEE ANN LINDAHL

Lee Ann Lindahl, 84, of Platteville, Wisconsin, died in her husband’s arms on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.  Funeral services will be held Noon, Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Platteville United Methodist Church, Platteville.  Rev. Tammy Clausen will officiate.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be at Oak Haven Cemetery, Tomah, Wisconsin, at a later date.  The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville is serving the family. Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.

Lee Ann was born on November 25, 1941, in Sparta, Wisconsin, the daughter of Donald and Rachel (Robertson) Snowberry.  Lee Ann was united in marriage to Thomas “Tom” Lindahl on December 22, 1962, in Tomah, Wisconsin. She attended University of Wisconsin Stout.

She was a member of the Platteville United Methodist Church.  Church was always the center of her life.  She was a homemaker her entire life and took pride in her home. Lee Ann’s passion in her later years was crochet. She made and gave away many afghans, prayer shawls, baptismal blankets and much more. She volunteered over the years when she shared her talents of crocheting with many people.  She also enjoyed needle point, plastic canvas work and in her dementia journey coloring and word search. Her favorite person and model for her life was her Grandma Robertson. She devoted herself to her immediate family she loved dearly.

Lee Ann is survived by her husband, Tom; two sons, Gary (Xiaohong Wang) Lindahl, Mark Lindahl; grandchildren, Anthony, Brian (Lyndsay), Christina (Alexander) Stump, and Ginahong; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Callahan; one sister, Beverly Schaller and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Rachel Snowberry and brother, Russell.

 The family would like to thank the entire staff at Saint Dominic Villa, especially Debbie, Julie, Jenn and Agrace Hospice for the loving care they provided.
