Catherine and family, Our sincere sympathy in the passing of Charlie. I will always treasure the years I worked with Charlie at the Village of Livingston. Charlie shared his big heart and many years of wisdom with me. He was quick to give out that hearty laugh and quick smile. He also wasn't afraid to provide you with a look of 'are you sure about that' as he would drop his head and give you a look over the top of his glasses. I was so fortunate to get to spend those years with Charlie...I often thought of him as my 2nd Dad. God Bless to the entire Ostrem Family. Dan & Tammie Engelke
