George Konecny

I'm so sorry to hear of George's passing. I have many fond memories of us as children in Saginaw, Michigan.

Dear Konecny family, so sorry to hear of George's passing. So many wonderful memories of time spent making memories with my special cousin, George. We were only 4-5 months apart in age and from toddler time to post high school we had many good times. From sleepovers to shared family vacations, being with him was a big part of my childhood. He had a truly wicked American twist spinning tennis serve which I had to face many times from the opposite side of the net! When I needed help with car repairs or moving, he was there helping and expecting nothing in return. How great was the making of memories with George!!

I was fortunate to have known George for a number of years. Since his selling of Mill 3 George would stop at my office periodically where we'd discuss each other's latest business ventures. I was very surprised and saddened to read of his passing and I will miss our occasional meetings. Please pass along my sincere condolences to his family. Regards, Jim Schneller

We were very sorry to hear of George's passing. I, Dawson, enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball with George these last few years. He was always a very friendly and competitive partner on the courts. George will be truly missed. Dawson and Marie Trine
