Glenn lived with his parents and was a member of First English Lutheran Church. As a young child he was seen in Platteville riding his bike all over town. After their deaths he lived at Orchard Manor for 17 years where he then moved to a couple group homes in Cuba City and Avoca, Wisconsin for many years. In 2015 he then returned to Orchard Manor where he resided until his death. For many years Glenn always enjoyed the week a year he got to spend at Badger Camp, where he participated in many activities.

He is survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Maynard, Leonard, Donald and Clifford; sisters, Lela Rowe, Fern VanNatta, Marian Dieter, and Alice Hoff.
