Obituary
Ethel L. Eustice, 91, of Omaha, Nebraska and formerly of Livingston, Wisconsin, died on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Bergan-Mercy Medical Center, Omaha. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Pastor Paul Glendenning will officiate. Burial will be at the Rock Church Cemetery, Livingston. Friends may call from noon until the time of the service on Friday at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Ethel was born on December 6, 1925 in Livingston, WI, daughter of Harry and Mattie (Palmer) Green. She was united in marriage to D. Edward Eustice on December 31, 1945. He preceded her in death on March 1, 1989. She graduated from Livingston High School and went to work at General Motors. She was a homemaker for many years before moving to Wesleyan Village in Brooksville, Florida, where she lived nearly 20 years as a neighbor to her lifelong friends, John and Clara Putt, as backyard neighbors. In 2016 she moved to Omaha, Nebraska where she resided at the Good Samaritan Society, near her daughter, Patsy.
She is survived by her children, Ed (Vicki) Eustice, David (Esther) Eustice, Patsy (Frank) Lovings, and Peggy Trujillo; grandchildren, Erin, Evin, David Dean, Kimberly, LeAnne, Frank Jr., Greg, Penny, Renita and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brothers, Noel, Gene and David Green.
