Kathy and family: Jim and I are so very sorry to hear of your loss. Carl was one of a kind and will be greatly missed. His generosity and kindness will live on in the work that he did. He was the best uncle anyone could have. Always made you smile. And liked to pick on you. Was always there when you need him. I will miss him so much.

To Carl's family... this guy left a huge footprint on my heart... he held a very special place there. Even though I only got to see him during the really tough times over last couple years, I always enjoyed chatting and catching up and glad I could be there for him... my deepest sympathies on your loss... I will truly miss his wit and warm smile...
