Dear Steve, Sandy, and Sabre... I am so sorry to have learned of Pat's passing. Part of Pat's teaching assignment at Platteville was with students at the Lab School so I had her for gym class for 3 years before I graduated on to high school. When I got to college at UW-P she accepted me on the women's volleyball team even though I wasn't a PE major/minor. Pat was a rigorous teacher/coach and many of us loved her for that. Girls and their abilities were important to her and she made sure we got the attention we were due--in the gym, on the field, and in the pool. She and you are in my prayers...Nancy B.

I remember Pat very well from my coaching years at UW La Crosse - beautiful brilliant woman.

My condolences to the family. Dr Collins was a tough but fair professor. I learned so much from her about teaching and life. I’m grateful to have had her as my professor. Cindy

I took a kinesiology course of hers in the late 70s and I still use many things I learned in her class today. She was a professional tough but fair professor and I enjoyed taking her class very much.
