Dear Susie, I was so sorry to just read about Mike's passing and please know you and your family are in my thoughts. Mike was a bright light to me as a colleague at UWP and I always enjoyed seeing and chatting with you both. Dear Fran and Susie, We are so sad to hear the news about Mike. We met him back in the early 1970’s at UND. He was always such a good friend! He will be so missed by all the friends he met as he lived and worked during his life. Such a wonderful friend, husband, father and mentor to everyone. - Chuck & Nancy

My condolences to Mike's wife and his relatives. So saddened to receive the news. I only had several brief interactions with Mike but he has a special place in my heart because he was so sincere and friendly every time we saw each other. Every time we exchanged a few words, it felt as if I knew him closely for many years. May God bless his soul!
