John, I remember you so well when I was going with your brother Mike,when I was in High school. We used to have some pretty good times together. I remember Andrew as a little kid with glasses at that time, and I really enjoyed your whole family. Rest in peace, John

I'm deeply sadded to hear of John's passing. We went to high-school together and John was one of the coolest dresser and nicest persons I knew. During the summer I life guarded at the Platteville pool. John, as we as his sister Sarah and brother were great divers and John would always do a half gainer with a twist for me.

I am deeply saddened of John's passing. We went to high-school together, class if 1966. John was quite, friendly and a classy guy. I have a vivid mental picture of John sitting in the main study hall wearing dark blue socks when the rest of us nerds were still wearing white. When I was life guarding at the Platteville pool John would do a half gainer with a twist off the diving board when ever I asked which was often. He could just hang in mid-air. His sister, Sarah and brother Mike were also very good. I'm very proud of John for serving in Vietnam. He qas one of the good guys and will be missed.
