James Olds

I so enjoyed working with Jim and all the support he gave the employees of Mound City Bank when he was a board member. I also enjoyed our visits when we would run into each other as we walked the streets of Platteville. A wonderful gentleman!! May he rest in peace!

As a 67 graduate of PHS, I have a lot of good memories of principal Olds for being not only a great principle but a great neighbor. Platteville has lost a great man. My deepest condolence to the family.

Our sincerest condolences to the family. Mr. Olds was a man who is warmly remembered as an educator and in later years as a friend called 'Jim'. A man with a warm heart and a friendly smile.

Our heartfelt condolences to Dorothy and family. We are so very sorry. Jim was not only a great man, he was the greatest. He was a friend, a role model, a mentor. Our friendship began at Southwest Tech and continued at the Platteville Golf Course once we relocated to Platteville. We still drive Jim's golf cart that he sold to us for peanuts, one of many humorous memories we cherish. We loved Jim and will always hold him in our hearts. Blessings. 💕💖💕
