So very sorry, Mike & Stacy! Enjoyed many fun times with your Mom and Dad. Your Mom & I went to a weight loss group together and always enjoyed a meal at Mr. Steak afterwards, that was the best part! Used to call her everyday. She was a close sister-in-law to me, and close by to get together. Missed her when she left the area. Will always cherish her memories! She could always tell a good story and top it off with a good joke! Of course a cup of coffee and a cigarette went good, too! We never did a whole lot of special things, but everything we did was special! She helped me get a cute little dog for Kevin’s 13th birthday...someone she knew. Paid a whole 35 dollars for him. We had him for along time, had him in the back of our truck while we were in Church one Sunday. Came out, no dog...never did find him...we decided (a) he either wasn’t Catholic or (b) someone stole him. Remember how special it was when they stopped in with their new baby, Stacy on their way home from the hospital after your were born! Imagine you came here first before you ever stepped into your own house! That is still a special memory for us! Mike, you were the cutest big brother...although you weren’t very big! Heidi and Colleen loved going to the park to play with you guys! Seems like a lifetime ago....and where does a lifetime go? Know we didn’t reconnect when she came back to the area, we tried a time or two...but she didn’t think it was quite right for some reason she just canceled a get together and I didn’t ever reconnect. My loss, should have tried harder. Sometimes its hard to pick up where you left off. Bob is in the hospital yet today. He’s been in & out 3 times in the last month...should get out today. Are planning on flying out to Texas on Thursday, Colleen’s daughter gets married on Saturday...had to post pone it because of covid, once. Life has been a roller coaster this year, many ups and downs! Kevin has cancer and is doing chemo. So would like to see him, too...but don’t want to bring any sickness! Colleen & Kevin both live in Texas about 20 minutes from each other. Will be thinking of you two and your families as you go through your grieving journey. Hope you remember all the good memories....God bless you all! Love, Cathy and Bob 💙❤️
