William Kean

William Vincent Kean, 74, of Temple City, California, formerly of Cassville, Wisconsin, died on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Bill was born on November 2, 1946 the son of John and Gwendolyn (McLaughlin) Kean. Bill graduated from Cassville High School. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served from 1964 -1967. After his honorable discharge from the United States Navy he made Temple City his permanent home. He worked as an air conditioner technician for Wittler Young for 36 years. He was a “jack of all trades” and kept himself busy.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Connie; two daughters, Cherie Kean and her family Trevor, Miranda, Addison and Shirlee; Deena Mattox and her family, Johnny and Bill; sister, Carol (Dale) Hood and their son, Kurt; step-brother, Norbert Fritz, step-sister, Beverly Degenardt, and his cousin, Jim McLaughlin and family, whom Bill spent a lot of time with growing up as a young man. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother, Lottie Fritz, step-sister, Geraldine Reuter, step-brother, William Fritz and nephew, Kevin Hood.
