The picture you chose of Ivan is as he would like to be remembered, i feel sure. The kindness in his face and his wonderful smile will live on in the hearts and memories of all of us who were privileged to include him in our life chapters. He lived such a long a good life, even sad;u without his beloved wife who died too soon of her breast cancer, so many years ago. My husband, children and I were involved with the Nodolf family from our first days in Platteville, and we felt richer because of their caring and attention. Thank you for sharing his wonderful picture and memories of his accomplishments and family. Goodbye, Ivan - hug Helen (Norma) for us and rest in peace, my friend!

Rick, Steve, Barb, Tina, Kristy, and Tom: So sorry to hear that your dad passed away. He was such a wonderful man. I will always remember how friendly he was at the high school. He always had that wonderful and warm smile when he would say, "Good morning, Miss Anderson". When I was a residence assistant at UW-P, we spent some late nights together dealing with problem students in the dorm. He always was cool, calm, and collected when he dealt with the students. After I graduated, I stopped to see him a few times and he was always so happy to sit and visit. Bill and I stopped to see him last fall at Park Place and he gave us the update on all his kids and grandchildren. He was so proud of all of you. Our prayers are with all of you.....Joan and Bill Farmer
