Tribute to Richard.. Richard was the most hard working person I knew. He kept on working even though, at times, he was hurt and in pain. He refused to avail of any hand outs. We could always depend on him whenever something needed to be done at home and did quality workmanship. When our basement flooded, almost everything got ruined but Richard's tile work remained untouched. While he was remodeling our kitchen, I was in awe in how he was able to handle very heavy materials despite his being of medium build. He could be stubborn at times. He said he didnt need help when I suggested about hiring someone to help him. It was as if his strength was coming from somewhere--from the Divine. I could not believe how he was able to finish a beautiful kitchen all by himself. I was very happy. I could tell he was happy too and very proud of his work because he asked me to take pictures for his own use. I have always admired Richard for his huge capacity to love. Throughout all his difficulties in life, he always cared for his children. He was always thinking about them, thought about himself last. Thank you Richard for everything. We will miss you. May you rest in peace in heaven in God's loving arms.

What fond memories of the entire Holt Cornelia family i have. We had so much fun. I remember Rick as the quiet one. Eldon was the biggest handful. It was a real joy growing up in that neighborhood. What innocent times back then. Love you all.
