Dear Kay... This past Sunday morning, I was not ready to read about your passing. I am so very sorry and am missing you more each day as I remember things you and I did. When we were both in Platteville you looked forward to rooming together at class reunions, going on jaunts in the country to search for bittersweet in the fall, to check out cemeteries for photographs, to go to the estuary at Potosi; we both enjoyed our drives along the Mississippi River and in the hills and hollows there. And just in general exploring the many backroads of the Platteville area. Kay, you are and will continue to be missed. I pray you are happy, at peace, free of pain, and cuddling fur babies at the Rainbow Bridge where you will reunite with Sidney one of these days. Love you, dear friend... Nanc'
