Gary was an amazing person. He was always available to help out anyone. Being close friends with his son Steve meant that he treated our family as family. His love for Rosie, family and friends was overwhelming. He will be missed dearly. God Bless.

When we were young Gary and I served together in combat, in Vietnam, he was a buddy of mine. I remember Gary as a good, easygoing kid with a great and frequent laugh. I'm glad to know he lived his life with a good wife and raised a fine, large, loving family. He was a good guy, a husband, father, grandfather and friend to be proud of. Gary was a hero.
